A few good questions
Have something else on your mind?
Call or text 843-410-6080.
Not always. A leak may come from a localized problem with flashing, shingles, a roof penetration, or another detail. An inspection helps us determine whether a targeted repair makes sense or the overall roof condition calls for a replacement.
We handle asphalt shingle and metal roofing, along with repairs and other roofing options. We can also discuss synthetic materials, flat-roof repairs, and coatings depending on your property and the project.
A written estimate should explain the recommended work, materials, price, and any options or conditions affecting the scope. We’ll talk through the details with you before you decide to proceed.
Yes. Ask us about chimney caps and chase covers, flashing, fascia, soffit, gutters, carpentry, and painting. We’ll discuss what your project needs and which work we can include.
Call or text Alec at 843-410-6080, or email alec@waringroofs.com with your property location and a brief description. Photos can help start the conversation.
